New // Learn more about the changes made to the CFC Law
The new CFC law came into effect on September 30, 2020. The changes essentially aim to strengthen the attractiveness of the financial center.

CFC is co-chairing the FC4S network alongside Toronto
October, 28 Mrs. Lamia Merzouki, Deputy General Manager of CFC, was named the new co-chair of the Financial Centers for Sustainability (FC4S), alongside Jennifer Reynolds, CEO of Toronto Finance International.
Furthermore, CFC and the Financial Centres for Sustainability Lagos (FC4SL) have signed an MoU. This agreement will provide a platform for sharing best practices, through which CFC will support the development and creation of the FC4SL.

CFC is launching, in partnership with Cooptalis, a pioneer in international mobility solutions, the CFC Expat center for CFC expatriates and their families. The French Institute to organize a virtual talk with Senegalese author, Ken Bugul
The French institute in Morocco is organizing virtual meetings and events with French-speaking authors whose French is not their mother tongue.
Beyond the discovery of their work, these discussions will be addressing their journey and questioning the choice of French as their language of writing.

The next talk, which will take place on November 18 at 6 pm, will feature Senegalese author, Ken Bugul.
